Accounting Specialist
$18–$20 per hour, depending upon experience.

Responsibilities- Invoice creation & distribution.
- Client payment processing and collection efforts.
- New client setup and issue welcome package.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Daily AP invoice processing.
- Weekly AP payment scheduling.
- Monthly AP placeholder review.
- Expense receipt processing & reconciliation.
- Vendor management.
- Shared duty of answering incoming phone calls.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks.
Your manager will be the Manager, Administrative Support Group. You will have no direct reports.
HoursThis is a full-time position. Work hours will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is expected that the position will be between 40–42 hours per week, with occasional overtime to meet deadlines. There is an opportunity for some work from home but must be approved in advance with your manager.

- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer experience.
- Average WPM 60+.
- Self‑motivated, efficient, productive, works well with a team.
- Possess organizational and time‑management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to stay on task or quickly return to task if interrupted.
- Ability to meet deadlines with the flexibility to work overtime.
- No physical labor, but must be able to lift 50 pounds for paper storage.
Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
