Accountabilities- Provide excellent customer service support by helping with inquiries and resolving issues.

- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in compiling reports and preparing presentations.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to draft clear correspondence.
