- Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming their needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
- Search and secure hotels while balancing family preferences with carrier guidelines
- Facilitate hotel reservations and ensure all necessary authorizations are received
- Communicate confirmations and check-in instructions to insured families with professionalism and empathy
- Support families through challenges, addressing escalations such as billing concerns and relocations
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Experience in handling sensitive situations with care and confidence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
