• Calendar Management – Master scheduling and complex meeting coordination
• Travel Coordination – Handle all flight, hotel, and itinerary arrangements
• Communication – Draft, edit, and manage professional email correspondence
• Project Support – Assist with tracking administrative tasks and deadlines
• Document Prep – Create and organize presentations, reports, and files
• Confidentiality – Maintain complete discretion with all sensitive information

• Experience – At least 6 months in an assistant or executive support role
• Skills – Excellent organizational and proactive problem‑solving abilities
• Communication – Strong, clear, professional written and verbal skills
• Mindset – Independent, reliable, detail‑oriented, true partner
• Tech Savvy – Fluent in common digital tools and remote platforms
• Availability – Full‑time, 40 hours per week during US business hours
