Job Description

Transaction Operations Administrator — Remote

Work remotely in Ontario on a dynamic 6-month contract within the insurance and financial services industry. This high-impact operations role supports national wealth management processes, with full-time hours, optional OT, and the potential for extension. Ideal for detail-driven professionals with 2+ years of industry experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

What is in it for you:

• Hourly salary of $25.63.

• 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• Optional overtime available.

• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

• Remote work within Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Process service requests via Salesforce or other platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level timelines.

• Coordinate with internal partners, advisors, and external service providers to manage operational inquiries.

• Investigate and escalate complex issues as needed.

• Conduct quality control checks on processed transactions.

• Contribute to special projects and perform other operational duties as assigned.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Required to complete internal training or courses as designated.

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce is considered an asset.

• Completion of the IFIC Operations Course is considered an asset.

• Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
