Location: New York

Our client is seeking an individual with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills to serve as its Director of Operations
, a key administrative staff member of the religious organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries about the organization's services, answering questions about the process and providing empathetic support.
  • Manage the organization's calendar, coordinate scheduling, and oversee billing and receipt of payments.
  • Job requirements include:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Ability to take initiative and think creatively;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
    • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail). Experience with social media, Wordpress, Quick Books, and CRM or case management systems is a plus;
    • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks requiring a high level of skill.
    Additional Details

    This is a full-time position with remote work on Fridays (9 am - 1:30 pm during winter months). In-office work is required on other days, with flexibility for an additional remote day. The position includes time off for legal and Jewish holidays, including Chol Hamoed. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
