Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant in a hybrid role, where you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations through effective travel, meetings, and project coordination and administrative support. This position offers a blend of on‑site and remote work, providing flexibility and an engaging work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage executive and team calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips.
  • Support cross‑functional projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Prepare and format professional documents, meeting summaries, and reports, ensuring clarity and visual presentation.
  • Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project milestones and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as necessary.
Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management tools such as SharePoint, , or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and document formatting abilities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Bi‑lingual proficiency in additional languages based on business needs.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders with calendar management and scheduling.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work culture.
