About Us:

We are a dynamic company looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our executive management team with day-to-day operations. If you're detail-oriented, self-driven, and looking to work with a growing business, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive management team
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing important communications
  • Assist with project management, tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Conduct research as needed and prepare reports or presentations
  • Handle data entry, maintain databases, and ensure records are up to date
  • Manage travel arrangements, booking accommodations and flights
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Support internal communications within the team
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello, Canva, Google suite of services.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus (You Tube video edits, Instagram, Tik Tok)
  • Preferred:
    Experience working in a remote role
