We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. - Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy using established quality control protocols.
- Organize and categorize digital and physical records in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as needed for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Adapt quickly to new software tools, workflows, and system updates.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, or potential bottlenecks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with 98%+ accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) or database management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
