Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time hybrid role based in State College, PA, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day clerical tasks, maintaining organized records, assisting with executive administrative support, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring smooth office operations through effective communication and administrative support. The role requires working collaboratively with team members while also managing independent tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical functions to manage day-to-day tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication to handle calls and maintain professional interactions
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for providing direct support to leadership
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
