Job Description
• Profiling candidate CV's into a specific format before endorsing them to the client
• Writing Linked In blog posts
• Writing Linked In Posts for jobs and special events which align with the sectors they recruit in
• Calls to candidates the client has placed to see how they are going
• Uploading documents from email to the database in Job Adder
• Conduct screening calls
• Search for potential clients
• Source and send Linked In messages to prospective candidates
Must Haves
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Administrations experience
• Understand the recruitment cycle
• Child care and social work understanding
• Good writing skills and communication
Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements:
· Perfectly working headset and webcam
· Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps
· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
