SPA Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to one of the UK's most ambitious water infrastructure projects? The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator to support and enhance our project delivery team.

• Deliver administrative tasks to support the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing and the wider HSW function to an exemplar standard.
• Have an awareness of relevant stakeholders who require administrative support within HSW and other functions, supporting as directed by the Head of HSW.
• Explore new and efficient ways of doing things to minimise the burden on the HSW function.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, streamlining requests and ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, document control, onboarding procedures, and tracking of actions and deliverables.

• Experience in a health and safety support/coordinator role.
• Previous knowledge of the Construction/Infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple teams.
• Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), including data analysis and document production.
• Awareness of D&I initiatives within HSW, other functions, and across SPA.
