- High-Level Executive Assistant Role to Provide 1:1 Support to the CEO

Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Oversee administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for senior staff members.
- Support the planning and execution of events and projects within the public sector.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
The successful candidate for the role of Executive Personal Assistant will possess:

- Previous experience in a commercially focused role working for an Executive with a global remit
- Excellent analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and to suggest improvements to processes
- Exceptional communication writing and report writing skills
- Confident self-starter, able to work proactively, think ahead and multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and 'can-do' attitude
- Sensitive and diplomatic management of multiple and high level stakeholders with a high level of confidentiality
- Confidence in decision making and prioritisation of tasks
- Experience of managing a demanding diary and inbox
- Competitive salary ranging from £44,000 to £50,000.
