Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Oversee administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for senior staff members.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and projects within the public sector.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Executive Personal Assistant will possess:

  • Previous experience in a commercially focused role working for an Executive with a global remit
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to suggest improvements to processes
  • Exceptional communication writing and report writing skills
  • Confident self-starter, able to work proactively, think ahead and multi-task in a fast moving environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and 'can-do' attitude
  • Sensitive and diplomatic management of multiple and high level stakeholders with a high level of confidentiality
  • Confidence in decision making and prioritisation of tasks
  • Experience of managing a demanding diary and inbox
