WhatYou’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact and a central hub for our team, your mission is to provide "white-glove" service to our clients and support our internal departments.
- Be the Voice of the Company:
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and texts with a warmth and professionalism that sets people at ease. - Support the Mission:
Act as a "utility player," assisting various departments as we scale. - The Nuts & Bolts:
Handle essential administrative tasks like bank deposits, office supply management, and document scanning with precision. - Grow with Us:
As you master the basics, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including managing your own small portfolios and working with our most seasoned clients.
