Job OverviewOur Branch Office Administrators (BOAs) partner with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The position is part‑time and supports a small client support team.
Role SummaryThe BOA provides administrative support to a financial advisor or multiple advisors, helps manage client accounts, facilitates communication, and ensures a positive client experience. Responsibilities include account opening, processing transfers, scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to clients via calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials, and support marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes and update SOPs to execute the branch business plan.
- Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
