What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Responsibilities- Provide clerical support tasks for residential group homes in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Assist with the interviewing, selection, and hiring process for staff
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Use a computer to enter and track information efficiently
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Two years of general clerical experience including keyboarding and word processing, or an associate degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail for following directions and documenting information accurately
- Experience using time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email for scheduling and tracking purposes
- Experience communicating clearly and cross-culturally in writing and verbally
- Familiarity with working with diverse individuals from varying backgrounds
- Ability to work in unpredictable environments, including dealing with clients demonstrating challenging behavior
- Knowledge of First Aid/CPR techniques
- Experience in a residential care or human services setting
