- Perform accurate and timely data entry for customer databases, marketing leads, and administrative records using CRM and spreadsheet platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by preparing and organizing campaign content, including email templates, social media posts, and landing page copy.
- Maintain and update digital files, documents, and records in compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Manage virtual correspondence, including email responses, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and support continuous improvement in record‑keeping practices.
- Support the creation and formatting of marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and presentation decks.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital tools and platforms used in daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies in all tasks involving sensitive or personal information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or digital marketing coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaign management.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
