Project Administrator

Overview

Project Administrator (Temporary Contract) — Rate: £18 per hour,

Location:

Lasswade - EH18 (Hybrid working available after initial training).

Contract:

12 January – 6 March (with potential to extend).

Hours:

30 hours per week (4 days per week or part-time across 5 days).

• Issuing and collating responses to letters using agreed templates
• Extracting recruitment and people data from internal systems and summarising findings
• Maintaining data integrity across Excel store sheets
• Testing scenarios within test systems
• Supporting reporting requirements and general administrative tasks

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience summarising information clearly for reporting purposes
• Mail merge experience is highly desirable
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks, with flexibility as the project evolves
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately

• Based at Head Office in Lasswade
• Once fully trained, remote working 1-2 days per week is available
