- Oversee daily data entry operations and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and audit data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across databases and digital platforms.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized data entry procedures and templates.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate remote data entry personnel to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, root causes of errors, and workflow inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather, validate, and input data for reporting, forecasting, and compliance purposes.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by enforcing access controls and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Generate regular reports on data quality, processing timelines, and team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to troubleshoot system issues and recommend software improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes, workflows, and audit trails.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing remote teams or remote data entry operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and information security best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and guidance.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to collaborate during core business hours with flexibility for occasional after-hours support.
