Position: Virtual Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our remote administrative team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of digital records across multiple departments. As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of data, maintaining up-to-date databases, and supporting operational efficiency through precise documentation and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format reports, summaries, and documentation from raw data as needed.

  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security standards, including handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is highly advantageous.
