Operations Content Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Content Coordinator to support operational teams by creating, organizing, and maintaining internal content, documentation, and process materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency across workflows in a fully remote environment.

• Create, update, and manage operational documentation, SOPs, and internal content
• Coordinate content updates across operations, compliance, and support teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control of internal materials
• Support onboarding and training content for remote staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with operational needs
• Track content requests, deadlines, and approvals

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely
• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, content management, or administrative support
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

• Familiarity with SOP documentation, knowledge bases, or internal wikis
• Experience using project management or content tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Asana)
