JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Data Entry and Facilities Maintenance Specialist at UNITED WINDOW & DOOR, your main responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and account information through efficient data entry. In addition, you will also assist in coordinating facilities and furnishings maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-repaired environment for our organization.

- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
- Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete
- Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
- Test system changes and upgrades by entering new data
- Secure information by completing database backups
- Follow organization's policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
