AT A GLANCE
This role will be dedicated to scheduling and coordinating candidates through our team’s recruitment process and supporting the new hire experience through the onboarding process. The new team member will provide a memorable experience for individuals, as well as support our business teams and Talent Operations team with additional projects.
Where You'll BeTo prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in‑office schedule. Employees are expected to work in our South Charlotte office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is welcomed on Mondays and Fridays.

What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support to four recruiters by scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple levels and position groups.
- Maintain proactive verbal and written communication with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding for all new hires, including drafting and sending offer letters, managing background and drug‑screen processes, onboarding communication, scheduling, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Project‑manage new and ongoing recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve processes and workflows.
- 1+ year of experience as a Talent Operations Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator) or a similar administrative role requiring attention to detail, high‑volume prioritization, organizational skills, and external communication.
- Proficiency in Google Docs Editors suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different work streams simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, diligent, and eager to make an impact.
- Willingness to collaborate with the Talent Operations team and other cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset, able to operate in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Starting Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (actual salary based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience)
