The Temporary Project Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting critical business projects by ensuring data accuracy and process alignment within our systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to method updates and 3D model data collection initiatives. Assignments may include one or both projects, depending on organizational needs and individual performance.

• Review internal quotes and compare them to corresponding methods documented in the ERP system.
• Update existing methods in the ERP system to reflect the latest quote information, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
• Examine 3D CAD models using Solid Works software and extract relevant design and attribute data.
• Record and organize collected data according to established project requirements.
• Input all gathered information into the provided Excel template, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Basic experience with ERP systems or Solid Works, depending on project assignment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in general computer usage and Microsoft Excel.

• Previous experience working with both ERP systems and Solid Works software.
• Familiarity with reviewing technical methods, processes, or engineering documentation.
• This is a temporary, short-term assignment with the possibility of supporting one or both projects based on performance and business needs.
• Position may be performed onsite or remotely, depending on organizational requirements and candidate preference.
