As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day‑to‑day operations.
Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This developing role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to a hybrid team (answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support project management by maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables.
- Assist with development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Review and analyze strategic opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new business applications and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, project management software and tools is an advantage.
- Reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with deadline pressures.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
