Your RoleAs a Personal Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our Leadership Team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. From managing diaries and emails to orchestrating key events and maintaining essential communications, your role is pivotal in supporting their goals and our company's success. WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Inbox and Diary Maestro:
Oversee incoming emails, manage meeting requests, prepare correspondence, and keep the schedules of our Enterprise Sales Director, Solutions Sales Director and Head of Networking and Cyber in perfect harmony. - Meeting Maven:
Manage team meeting agendas, take actions, follow up on deadlines, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. - Event Organiser Extraordinaire:
Plan and execute team socials for your Executives and support with Softcat's annual Kick Off weekend specifically for the Sales region. - Conference Conductor:
Support vendor conferences with meticulous travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and seamless stakeholder communication. - Project Powerhouse:
Coordinate strategy offsite days including venue finding, agenda management, catering and onsite logistics. - Travel Guru:
Book travel and accommodation in the UK and internationally, preparing detailed itineraries and adhering to our travel & expenses policy. - Presentation Perfectionist:
Design and deliver high-impact presentations that captivate and inform audiences. - Communications Champion:
Engage with key stakeholders through articulate and effective verbal and written communication. - Expense Wizard:
Submit expenses efficiently and accurately. - Support Prodigy:
Take calls and messages for the PA team and Executives, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Provide holiday cover for the PA team as and when required. - Collaborative Spirit:
Support and collaborate with the PA team on upcoming projects and events.

Stellar oral and written communication skills across all levels. - Admin Ace:
Exceptional administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. - Organisational Whiz:

Adaptable and empathetic, with the ability to navigate change with ease. - Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Time Management Expert:
Capable of meeting expectations for fast turn‑around times. - Independent and Collaborative:
Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results. - Proactive Problem‑Solver:
Taking initiative and handling confidential information with discretion. - Experienced PA:
Previous PA experience is a must.
