Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
Our client is a growing UK-based business operating within the property and services space and is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their Sales Manager and wider sales team.
This is a key support role focused on ensuring the smooth running of the sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing CRM data, supporting sales processes, and acting as a central point of communication between internal teams and customers.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment and enjoys being the backbone of a high‑performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external calls.
- Handle and prioritise incoming enquiries, emails, and telephone calls.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up‑to‑date information.
- Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance data.
- Ensure accuracy across sales documentation, contracts, and records.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Manager and internal stakeholders when required.
- Support the onboarding process for new properties.
- Assist with sales‑related administration including data entry, touting activities, and CRM updates.
- Support the end‑to‑end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on order status and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding order progress and availability.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries and direct queries appropriately.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional, timely communication.
- Handle routine customer requests and escalated issues where necessary.
- Assist with organising sales events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for sales initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support cross‑functional projects involving the sales team.
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales administration, sales support, business development support, or a similar role.
Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, email platforms, document management tools (e.g. Dropbox), and MS Word.
- Confident with general IT systems and remote working tools.
