Job Title: PA to Senior Manager

Are you an organised and proactive person with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support two members of our Senior Management team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring that high standards and confidentiality are upheld at all times. Your contributions will be key in projecting the professional image of our company through all your work.

  • Extensive diary management, planning and organising associated travel
  • Prepare and distribute documentation required in advance of meetings
  • Act as key point of contact for the senior managers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Attend and assist at management meetings
  • Plan, organise and manage events
  • Process invoices and expenses

  • Efficient, self‑motivated and well organised
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to resolve problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Acts with integrity and professionalism
  • Maintains discretion and effectively handles sensitive and confidential information
