We are currently seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our consultants and clients.
Position OverviewThe Remote Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing communications, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and client communications for consultants
- Schedule meetings, calls, and virtual appointments
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and grant documentation
- Conduct online research related to funding opportunities and client projects
- Maintain and update digital filing systems and internal databases
- Support social media management and marketing efforts
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Docs, Sheets, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Click Up)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace
- (Preferred) Experience with CRM systems, grant management software, or document formatting tools
