The Visitor and Member Engagement Administrator is responsible for welcoming visitors at the Home of the PGA of America, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating a smooth operation of the publicly accessible areas on Level 1. As the first point of contact between guests and the organization, this position requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a consistently warm, engaging, and diplomatic demeanor.
The administrator is responsible for upholding the organization’s culture and embodying our shared values to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and walks away from the Home Office having had a positive experience.
