Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Job DescriptionThis position will be a supportive role to the Capital Markets Department. Assisting Account Executives, Portfolio Management and Trade Management with loan sales, documentation management, audit support for partners, coordinating the exchange of due diligence materials and collateral documents, and other project management related initiatives within various systems such as Sales Force, shared files, and our proprietary Capital Markets System, Symphony.
Plan, schedule, and book Capital Markets related travel and events including meetings, conferences, and offsite activities. Take meeting minutes and track calls, events and emails via Salesforce.
- Serve as a secondary resource / communication channel for partners to log in audits, edits and removals of user access to Symphony.
- Work directly with other Account Executives to track calls, meeting minutes, emails, marketing and events tracking.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings with partners.
- Primary focus is administrative duties to include booking travel, the coordinating and scheduling of site visits, building and maintaining of client contact lists and communication logs with partners, and documenting areas of follow-up along with meeting minutes.
- Ensuring documents are properly stored internally as well as externally for partners to access, and all elements are complete and accurate to include NDAs, LOIs, Purchase and Sale Agreements.
- Maintain strong internal relationships with Capital Markets team members.
- Interest in supporting our partners through handwritten notes, shipping materials for events, and coordinating gift deliveries on an as needed basis.
- Assist Capital Markets team members with various projects as needed.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines.
- Care for non-public information (NPI) regarding borrowers and ensures all applicable internal NPI policies and procedures are followed, and confidentiality of borrower information is maintained.
- Desire for flexible remote position with non-traditional structured hours.
- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in a related discipline or equivalent job experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask with many projects in motion at the same time.
- Proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders, internally and externally, with high-level professionalism and accuracy.
- One (1) or more years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
Salesforce preferred. - Self‑motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for organization, thorough process flow, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good PC skills with knowledge of MS Office products and departmental software.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 1x per quarter as needed.
