Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for team members and executives.

- Support marketing and social media activities, including content scheduling and data tracking.
- Maintain accurate digital records and assist with file management.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners through email or virtual meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Trello.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or remote support role.
