Working Hours:

Around 10 hours/week
Reports to:
General Counsel

• Contract management: Draft and review various agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements and employment contracts.
• Document management: Organize and maintain legal and other documents and records.
• Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Legal research: Conduct legal research on various topics as needed.
• Administrative support: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

• 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Experience working cross-functionally and with external business partners.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, both doing the right things and doing things right.
• Good and effective communication and interaction skills in English (written and verbal); fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Fluency in digital tools; fast learner of the company’s digital tools and embracer of new technologies and methods.

• Ability to visit the San Jose office occasionally for physical records management.
