Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Project Assistant – Remote Workflow Manager to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, task lists, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage communication between team members and stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow.
  • Prepare and share status updates, meeting notes, and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in processes and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, project documentation, and collaborative platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Jira, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Basic understanding of workflow management, process documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, virtual assistance, or workflow management.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to digital project management tools and online collaboration platforms is essential.
Working Hours
  • Flexible remote schedule with core overlapping hours for team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and attend virtual meetings as required.
