- Maintain and update project timelines, task lists, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Manage communication between team members and stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Prepare and share status updates, meeting notes, and performance metrics.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in processes and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Organize and maintain digital files, project documentation, and collaborative platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Jira, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Basic understanding of workflow management, process documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, virtual assistance, or workflow management.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.
- Exposure to digital project management tools and online collaboration platforms is essential.
- Flexible remote schedule with core overlapping hours for team collaboration.
- Ability to manage deadlines and attend virtual meetings as required.
