Starting rate: USD 600/month

🕒
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. Central Time (9 AM – 6 PM CT)

📍
Location: Must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas (Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, or Laguna, etc.)

Uncap is a Chicago-based boutique agency specializing in implementing end-to-end eCommerce solutions for DTC and B2B companies. We build functional, high-performing, and results-driven eCommerce websites.

💼 Responsibilities
  • Manage team calendars and schedule internal meetings efficiently.
  • Handle emails and communications in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize digital filing systems.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (tracking receipts, preparing invoices).
  • Organize and schedule project kickoff meetings for new clients.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Support Project Managers in tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the leadership team.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Manage client onboarding, setting up new projects in CRM and project tools.
✅ Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience with Click Up is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT (U.S. Central Time).
  • HMO coverage to be provided (coming soon).
