About the roleWe are looking for an organised, efficient, and motivated Customer Success Manager with exceptional problem‑solving, multi‑tasking and project management skills to join our growing team! You will build a strong, trusting relationship with the Sales Team, by being proactive and providing them timely and accurate data‑driven administrative support so they can focus on what they do best… Sales! You will work directly with our clients providing them Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.

Key responsibilities- Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support, and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Attend relevant meetings, record meeting notes, documenting key take‑aways and action items.
- Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up to date, organised, and accessible.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports and present them in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated 3–5 years in a Customer Success Manager position, or similar, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional project management and time‑management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Lastly, you are a self‑starter, positive “can do” attitude, enthusiastic and self‑motivated with the drive to succeed!

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance
