Remote Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

• Accurately enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain existing data records.
• Identify and correct errors in data entries.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards.
• Meet established deadlines for data entry tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum [X] words per minute).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
