Currently, we are seeking a trained Remote Document Authentication Specialist to enhance our team.

Verify document authenticity and perform notarial acts remotely or on the go, ensuring compliance with legal standards. This includes administering oaths/affirmations, witnessing signatures, and certifying copies while verifying key details. Utilize online platforms for remote document authentication, including  and secure digital signature processing. Maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
• Have specialized training or certification in document authentication.
• Understand relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Be proficient in online platforms, digital tools, and document management systems.
• Demonstrate meticulousness in verifying document authenticity.
• Excel in both verbal and written communication.
• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
• Uphold honesty, impartiality, and confidentiality.

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
