• Providing administrative support to a financial advisor.
• Reviewing accounts and creating reports for a financial advisor.
• Respond to client requests for forms or marketing literature.
• Assist with processing paperwork and client mailings.
• Performing other office tasks such as copying, taking messages, distributing mail items, as needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent required, including experience with customer service interactions.
• 2 years office clerical experience including customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn the business and work toward common goals.
• Coachable and able to work well in a team environment.
• Adaptable to change and thorough with strong organizational skills.
• Discreet with all client interactions and documents; proficient with MS Office and other software applications.
• Number of hours per week: 20.

This position is based in Roseville, CA and follows Corebridge Financial’s hybrid policy, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work.

The anticipated hourly rate is $18.00 - $20.00  all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the range. Actual compensation may depend on location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

This role is a “covered associate” under SEC Rule 206(4)-5, 17 CFR 275.206(4)-5, and related pay-to-play rules. Candidates may be asked to disclose political contributions as applicable by law.
