• Generate client invoices and maintain accounts receivable sub-ledgers in accordance with GAAP and company policy
• Process sales orders and recognize revenue using the accounting system and associated tools
• Conduct analysis of contracts and billing to ensure appropriate revenue and cost recognition
• Manage all accounts receivable collections for assigned locations
• Respond to inquiries from local leadership, Regional Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on accounts receivable transaction processing experience
• Strong accounts receivable background with a basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint)
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced growth stage environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or equivalent in a related discipline
• Experience in driving process improvement in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Net Suite and Quick Books
• Knowledge of computer technology and connection with financial and operating systems
