Staff Accountant

Our client, a dynamic organization in the finance industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Controller and finance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000

• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with month‑end, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions, invoicing, and billing accuracy
• Support collections, credit monitoring, and cash flow management
• Contribute to process improvements and internal control documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in service‑based or project‑based environments
• Working knowledge of full‑cycle accounting and foundational GAAP principles
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Quick Books Online, Ramp, and Concur preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
