As a paid Accounting Intern
, you will work directly with Monarch’s Accounting team, gaining hands‑on exposure to all aspects of multifamily accounting operations. You’ll rotate through various roles within the department, assist with daily accounting tasks, and have the chance to work on ad hoc reporting projects that give insight into how cohesive, large‑scale property operations are managed.
- Support day‑to‑day accounting activities and month‑end processes
- Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Gain exposure to ad hoc projects that provide insight into full‑scale multifamily operations

- Students working toward, or recent graduates with, a degree in Accounting or related field
- Completion of Accounting I & II
