Audit Senior

A fast-growing, nonprofit-focused CPA firm is seeking an Audit Senior to join its fully remote team. The candidate must be located in the Bay.

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through completion
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable auditing standards
• Identify areas for improvement in internal controls and financial reporting
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients
• Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and budget expectations
• Collaborate with remote team members to deliver high-quality client service

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license or clear plan to obtain licensure
• 2+ years of public accounting experience with audit focus
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations required (Form 990 experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
