Senior Tax Analyst

• Prepare and review property tax compliance, including declarations
• Process bill backs of property taxes to dealers, agents, and tenants and reconcile associated trial balance accounts
• Review site summaries for changes impacting property tax accounting
• Assist with property tax audits and respond to internal audit requests
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to resolve property tax issues

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Experience with One Source Property Tax System or equivalent automated tax tool Accounting and general ledger experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to promote collaboration and teamwork
• Proven customer/client orientation
• Effective written communication skills
• Proficiency in mathematical, accounting, and research skills
