We are seeking a dedicated Quick Books Online Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, supporting staff, and external partners to drive the adoption and successful implementation of Quick Books Online among small business clients and their accountants. Your objective will be to manage smooth conversions to Quick Books Online, ensuring an exceptional first-use experience and fostering strong recommendations from accountants.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in any time zone, with the potential for contract extension.

• Collaborate extensively with sales teams, external partners, and accountants to accelerate Quick Books Online adoption.
• Develop and execute custom implementation plans for accountancy firms and their small business clients.
• Manage seamless transitions of clients to Quick Books Online, ensuring a positive initial experience.
• Provide outstanding execution of recommendations, plans, and progress updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive expertise in the Quick Books Online ecosystem and prioritize continuous improvement.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical needs to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience working with accountants or within the accounting industry is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
