The intern will work alongside the Tutor with the aim of providing support to the administrative office, particularly in the management of accounts receivable activities.

Specifically, the intern will assist the Finance Manager in the following activities:
* Reconciliation of payments from students enrolled in the new academic year
* Account receivable and related activities
* Control and monitoring of the status of enrolled students by creating an updated payment map
* Support in debt collection activities

The experience will allow the intern to acquire a good knowledge of accounts receivable within an accounting department in a business environment with the aim of:
* Addressing issues specific to a company's accounts receivable cycle
* Managing personal data, issuing invoices and credit notes, recording receipts and assisting with bank reconciliation activities
* Assisting with payment monitoring and credit management
* Using the dedicated SAP operating system
** Education and skills
*** Degree in Economics/Accounting or similar
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to maintain a good level of concentration even during busy periods
* Good knowledge of English
* Knowledge of Office software (good knowledge of Excel)
