A well-known non-profit organization in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support their general accounting and financial reporting functions. The role involves daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, and maintaining internal controls for GAAP-compliant reporting. This position is onsite four days a week, with work from home on Fridays. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of experience are required, alongside proficiency in Quick Books and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude are essential.
