Staff Accountant

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records across multiple entities
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
• Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least three years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
