- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records across multiple entities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
- Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
- Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least three years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
