We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. We serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships and are experts in the accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients. This is a full-time Accounting Manager role based in Charlotte, NC, with hybrid work flexibility, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work. The Accounting Manager will serve as an ambassador for the firm, demonstrate polished communications skills, a professional and positive attitude and confident command of accounting rules.

• Provide mentorship for accounting team, reviewing monthly/quarterly deliverables to ensure timeliness of client engagements.
• Reviews and prepares as needed and ensures the accuracy of monthly, accounting client financials and year-end process.
• Conducts new and established client meetings.
• Prepares scopes for large projects, delegates and manages workflow through span of project.
• Provides business advisory strategy to client base, researching, analyzing and developing best practices for complex entities.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements using GAAP accounting standards
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, problem‑solving, and decision‑making
• Experience with journal entries, fixed assets management, and general accounting practices
• Knowledge of finance principles and their applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
