About

The Senior Accounting Clerk should be very detail oriented and proactive to manage accounts payable and receivable functions, billing processes, and provide general accounting support.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, correcting and adjusting entries
- Manage monthly AP reports and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate and send out invoices to customers, monitoring customer billing portals.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Process and record incoming payments.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Support the preparation of statements and A/R reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP or Net Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to time-manage and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Competitive Salary: $55,000-$65,000 salary commensurate with experience
